Claim against Valuers & Receivers

Mrs W felt cheated when Receivers appointed by her Bank foreclosed and sold her hotel for less than it was worth. We pursued claims against both the Receivers and their Surveyors/Valuers for professional negligence. We obtained expert evidence which showed that development value had been overlooked. We made an early Part 36 offer which the Defendants agreed to pay. Mrs W recovered substantial damages and costs.
