Steven had built up his successful computer software company from scratch. A relative had worked for Levi Solicitors for over 20 years. Steven received a Writ from a supplier. They complained about an alleged breach of contract by him and claimed substantial damages for non payment of computer equipment due.

Steven consulted us, and we made a detailed investigation of his complaints. Following a frank and forthright letter from Levi Solicitors detailing the history of the case and the complaints on the equipment and inadequate software licence, the supplier's solicitors agreed straightaway to the settlement Steven had originally wanted 20 months earlier. The supplier's solicitors agreed that no formal defence was required from Steven and the case against him was quickly and satisfactorily dropped.
