We act in commercial transactions such as purchase of freehold premises, purchase of new leases, assignments, sales of development land, purchase of premises through SIPPS, financing and rent reviews.

Our team, headed up by the firm's senior partner Ian Land, can provide advice on issues such as non payment of rent, forfeiture, breach of covenant, options to purchase, planning issues and investment property.

In conjunction with our commercial litigation department, we act in all litigation issues arising from commercial property disputes such as nuisance and unlawful eviction.
