Claire studied law at the University of Liverpool and qualified at Thackray Wood (now Thackray Williams) in November 2001. She joined Levi Solicitors in January 2006 within their employment practice in the Leeds office.

Claire advises both employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters, including unfair/constructive dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, compromise agreements, contracts, service agreements and staff handbooks.

Her areas of expertise also includes advising on conduct/capability dismissals and sex discrimination.

Claire will also be heading Levi Solicitors’ new HR Consultancy, HR Consult, a comprehensive human resource support package aimed to assist businesses to get answers and help on complex and challenging HR issues.
