Harvinder studied law at Leeds Metropolitan University and qualified with Smith Partnership based in Derby in July 2006.

She joins the firm as a solicitor in the Employment department.

Harvinder deals with unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, compromise agreements, drafting employment contracts, redundancy, discrimination etc, providing any employment advice on any employment matter for both the claimant and respondent.
