Born in Leeds, Ian studied Law at the University of Lancashire. He qualified in 1989 and became the firm's Senior Partner in 2002. Ian deals with a wide range of Corporate and Commercial matters for a diverse client base with particular expertise in the sale and purchase of commercial property (freehold and leasehold) and businesses. He also has wide ranging experience of development work including site acquisitions, disposals and development. Outside the office Ian's interests are golfing and reading.
