Ian became a partner in 1993 and went on to become the firm’s Senior Partner in 2002. Ian is also head of the Commercial Property department.

Ian specialises in a variety of property matters including the acquisition, sale and lease of commercial property, residential and commercial development and residential and social landlord property work.

Ian is a member of Variety Club Yorkshire committee and is a keen golfer.
