Sue is now a Trainee Solicitor in the Litigation department having previously worked as a Paralegal in the department for 15 months.
Sue graduated from the University of Newcastle and gained an LLB (Hons) Law degree. Sue has also achieved a distinction on the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Leeds.
Sue specialises in debt recovery and general litigation matters, such as contract disputes and residential landlord and tenant issues. She has successfully achieved settlement on behalf of clients in a number of cases, including housing disrepair claims and boundary disputes.
Sue also has experience in residential conveyancing, having worked as a conveyancing assistant for 12 months at a Leeds conveyancing firm.
Sue volunteers for the charity ‘Contact The Elderly’ which organises tea parties for people over 75, who live with little or no social support, in order to promote inclusion and alleviate loneliness.
Sue is an avid runner and has taken part in events such as the Leeds 10k and the Great North Run. As well as taking part, she also uses these events to raise money for local charities.
