Levi Solicitors continues to grow with commercial partner hire

 

Leading Yorkshire law firm, Levi Solicitors LLP, has scooped one of the region’s most respected solicitors to head up its Commercial Litigation team, Simon Smith will play a key role in developing the commercial law practice and pursue new business opportunities throughout the region.

 

Previously he worked with Irwin Mitchell in Sheffield before joining Levi Solicitors as a partner in February 2007, within their commercial litigation practice in the Leeds office.

Simon's approach is to always look for the most expedient and cost effective way of achieving the client's objectives in any dispute, including considering mediation, arbitration, adjudication and other ways of resolving disputes to avoid litigation if possible.   The dispute resolution department complements the legal services provided by the other departments of the firm.
