Levi's welcome new commercial and IP partner
Commercial law firm Levi Solicitors LLP in Leeds has appointed the firm’s first Commercial & Intellectual Property (IP) partner, James Sarjantson. The firm is responding to the large demand for commercial contract and IP advice in this important region and he will greatly enhance the firm’s offering to its corporate clients.
James joins the firm's expanding commercial practice from Hammonds, where he was a senior solicitor. James has significant experience of advising on high value commercial contracts, IT and internet contracts, and other trading agreements. His expertise also covers the exploitation and enforcement all aspects of IP, including patents, trademarks and copyright.
Levi’s has seen strong growth this year, adding two new commercial partners in the last three months, and is set to relocate to new offices later this year.
