Richard studied Politics and Law at the University of Central England before obtaining his LL.M at the University of Leeds, from where he graduated in 2000. Having joined the firm as a trainee in 2001, Richard qualified as a solicitor in September 2003.

Richard's areas of expertise include all aspects of residential property transactions, specialising in plot purchasing from developers. Richard heads up the new-build conveyancing department across the firm’s offices in Leeds and Bradford. The unrivalled reputation of the department is demonstrated in the consistently high level of recommendations from established national housebuilders along with new, upcoming and mid-sized regional developers.
